Add-On Domain Limitations
Add-On Domain Limitations
Solution
Add-on domains are really only intended for situations where only a simple additional website is required. Add-on domains lack some of the functionality of the primary domain name for an account. The most notable of these are the following:
You cannot create subdomains for add-on domains
There is no separate CPanel login or Control Panel for the add-on domains
All resources, such as POP email accounts, bandwidth, and disk space are shared with the main account
URLs need to be constructed completely. i.e. addondomain.com/subdirectory does not work correctly and needs to be written as addondomain.com/subdirectory/

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
